The Art Hotel and Resort has placed the highest emphasis on the safety and wellbeing of our guests. A rigorous standard measure of cleanliness and hygiene in aligning with the Bahraini Government and the ministry of health is in place.

Steps we have taken

To pursuit a trustable staycation with a full Contactless experience to ensure your stay is safe and healthy, in each department, we have taken the highest safety measures.

Check-In or Check out

A contactless self-check-in or out upon arrival using your own device and contactless payment option.

Public Areas

All our staffs are wearing masks and practicing hygiene measures. Temperatures will be screened, and symptom-related health questions are asked.

Hand sanitizer and Sanitizing Stations are placed in all public areas and elevators. Social distancing measures are being practiced by Guests and Colleagues to maintain distance at all time.

Reminder Signs are in place for Guests to wear masks, sanitize hands and keep social distancing at all time.

In-Room

Rooms are thoroughly disinfected along with all bedding items and sealed after each guest’s stay. Bed and bath linen is chemically as well as thermally cleaned.

Scanning QR Code to view the Guest Service Directory and In-Room Dining Menu on guest’s mobile devices is a part of our safety measure. Contactless laundry collection and deliveries are also available.

Dinning

Take-away and In-Room dining service options with safe packaging, and all our menus are accessed through a QR code. All restaurants follow strict hygiene measures, including the use of masks and gloves for staff, ample physical distancing between tables, codes menus and regular disinfecting of all touchpoints.
